In the unlikely event your item is defective or damaged please email us as soon as possible.
In order to replace or refund the item we will need:
- Your order number, a description of the damage/defect, a photo of the damaged/defective area, and you item's lot number.
You can find the lot number on the care tag inside the bra/underwear. (It also lists the size, materials, etc).
Please forward us that information to email@example.com and we'll investigate the issue.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless it is requested by a Customer Empowerment Representative, it may result in a slower resolution time as we don't always require the item back, and sometimes require additional photos to understand the damage/defect.
